Since I cook dinners at home every day, and pasta is on the menu at least 3 times in a week - I love quick and easy recipes! This is definitely one of them and currently my favorite vegetarian pasta dish. I love easy pastas because I can whip up a from-scratch dinner in no time and I know everyone will love it. Perfect for busy weeknights! Especially Meatless Mondays!

    I am totally addicted to this Chicken Fajita Alfredo! It only takes about 15 minutes from start to finish, and it is even gluten-free!! We ate this last weekend, and I am adding it to the menu for this week too. It is seriously that good.

    We don’t use white flour pasta too often and this is why at our house, "regular" pasta is a treat, and everyone feels sad for my husband.* I’m not into whole wheat pasta as well so when I noticed gluten free pastas on the shelf so when I noticed gluten free pastas on the shelf, I got dorkily excited and bought way too much. Are we gluten-free? Nooooo. No one in my family has any sort of allergy, there's no celiac, none of that. But gluten-free pastas are usually made from ingredients that do actually provide nutritional value, and I'm all about that. I also dig the texture way more, depending on the variety, finding it actually closer to white pasta than whole wheat. Mysteries of life, you guys.

    This time last year we were making our way from the tiny village of Bosgouet in upper Normandy, France, to the bustling river city of Rouen. After a month in the remote French countryside, it was time to slip into the groove of daily life in a moderate-sized city for the remainder of the year. Living in the Vieux Marche (Old Market) area of the city, only a two-minute walk from where Joan of Arc was burned at the stake, we took daily walks along those ancient cobblestone streets. With a café literally on every corner, there was no shortage of absorbing French culture, language and of course, food.
