A Colorful Plate for Good Eye Health
Hi Everyone! I hope you're all having a good week so far! I don't know about you, but I think I ate more ice-cream, and sugar in general, this summer than I have probably ever done before. It's been such a hot and humid summer, that I just couldn't end the day without having a little scoop (or let's face it, half a tub) of ice-cream. (And if you follow me on Instagram, you will have seen my obsession on a regular basis!) The amounts of nutrients in ice-cream are clearly limited, and although I'm generally a pretty healthy eater, there are always a couple times a year when I reach a point where I need to hit re-start, and pay more attention to what I'm putting in my body and how I'm taking care of myself. It's been a super busy summer, and I always feel like being busy leads to bad nutrition, at least for me.
