  • Tips on Weight Management

    June 6, 2016
Weight has always been a struggle for me. From a young age I was always more "solid" than other kids. For a while in my teens I thinned out quite a bit but my adult life has been a roller coaster of ups and downs. • How I got in shape, and why I need to again.

    April 18, 2016
Weight has always been an issue for me. Just writing that makes me cringe. After my second was born I finally did something about it.
